Q?DO YOU ARRANGE AIRFARES?

Yes we do. We are contracted to the global flight booking system and have been ticketing airfares for clients for several years now. We understand flight routing and airline code-sharing so we can arrange efficient and cost effective flights for your holiday.

Q?CAN I USE MY FREQUENT FLYER OR REWARD POINTS FOR FLIGHTS?

Absolutely. Whenever it’s practicable for the reward flights to fit in with the logistics of your trip, there’s no issue. We always recommend you study the conditions of reward flights before you book them to ensure the conditions and baggage allowances meet your needs. Communication is the key here – please check with us before making any arrangements so we can ensure that everything will flow.

Definitely. We pride ourselves on service and believe peace of mind is everything. More often than not, it’s us who’ll contact you during your holiday for a little reassurance to let you know we’re watching over your travels.

Q?DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Whilst travel insurance is not compulsory, we strongly recommend you obtain cover from the moment you make the first payment towards your holiday. Experience has shown us that unforeseen events and illness can come along when you least expect it. Whether something occurs before you depart or whilst you’re away, an appropriate travel insurance policy will help to minimise any expense, loss or disappointment. We also recommend you study the details of any travel insurance policy you are considering, so that you understand the categories & levels of cover you can expect. This advice also extends to clients who are provided with travel insurance from their credit card providers.
